This yoga practice will give you the options of a gentle / beginner variations to a general to intermediate practice. The advantage of this format is if you have an injury or not feeling up to a stronger practice or if you are a beginner you can easily take the gentle option. The class is complete with asana (yoga postures) that will strengthen and open your mind and body, through to breathing practices (pranayama) meditation (mindfullness) and deep relaxation.
